Scout 100 Edge Talent K'Lavon Chaisson had Big Wednesday Performance to Kick Off Under Armour All-America Week

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Few defensive prospects impressed Scout as much as K'Lavon Chaisson during Wednesday's Under Armour All-America practice session. Sample video shows why.

Recruiting Notes: Chaisson remains undeclared but has January visits scheduled to LSUOregonColoradoTexas and USC.

Evaluation Notes: Galena Park (Tex.) North Shore edge talent K'Lavon Chaisson was billed as one of the top pass-rushers coming into Under Armour All-America week and he began flashing why Wednesday at practice. He was around many big plays to kick off the week, including recovering a fumble and batting a pass down during team practice sessions, something somewhat rare for a defensive end. But where he really turned heads was off the edge and with his hand in the ground, proving his worth against some of the elite offensive tackles in the country during one-on-one drills. Chaisson should be considered one of the top edge benders in the class of 2017.
