Like most recruits heading out to visit Boulder for the first time, Terrance Lang did not know quite what to expect.
"It is beautiful out there and the coaches are great. I got to spend time with [defensive line] coach [Jim] Jeffcoat and we had a good time. It was a good trip," he expressed. "I am definitely looking at Colorado more now after the visit."
Listed as an athlete prospect on Scout, Lang is being recruited by the Buffaloes and Trojans as a defensive lineman.
Lang verbally committed to USC in December but he continued to stay in contact with Colorado's coaches. Running backs coach Darian Hagan is responsible for his recruitment from the Buffaloes' staff.
“My relationship with Coach Hagan is really good," he said. "Their academic counselors have really helped me out a lot too. They’ve had a detailed academic plan for me and I just like how they’ve stayed on me.”
No in-person contact is allowed between recruits and coaches on Monday or Tuesday, leading up to signing day, so Lang was heading to USC to meet with the Trojans' staff on Sunday evening. He still considers himself a Trojans commit but has yet to make a final decision between USC and Colorado.
