Unfortunately Peters ruptured his achilles tendon over the summer and missed his junior season. Peters looked strong at the UA Camp two weeks ago showing off a nice combination of size, hands and the ability uses his frame to separate from linebackers.
He's an every down type tight end who will be able to play in the box as an inline blocker while also being able to flex out in the passing game. He's a smart kid who knows how to get open and projects as that security blanket all quarterbacks love to go to on key third down plays.
Peters said he's still hearing from the Huskies in addition to the Arizona Wildcats, California Golden Bears, Colorado Buffaloes and Vanderbilt Commodores. He plans to be active this spring and will check out several schools for Junior Days and potential summer camps.
