Daniel Arias plans to check out Boulder to see the Buffaloes on June 22. He will do so with Colorado being a college option.
"It caught me off guard like no other. My visit was set by my 7-on-7 coaches," Arias said of his Colorado offer. "I'm really excited about it. They are on the rise, for sure. Plus, they offer a big time education."
Cornell, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Oregon State, Weber State and Wyoming have also offered Arias. He plans to take other unofficial visits this summer to Utah, Cal, USC and UCLA.
"I plan on taking all of my visits but if a school feels right before then, then I'll make my decision," he said.
The top-ranked receiver prospect in the Evergreen State this cycle, Arias hauled in 49 passes for over 1,000 yards and 12 touchdowns during his junior season at Henry Jackson.
"I think what separates me is my combo of size and speed - especially at 6-foot-4, 195-pounds - and just my ability to high point the ball and get it out of the air," he said.
