Kickoff Times and Television For Buffaloes' First Three Games Announced

The Pac-12 released the information for 42 games for the upcoming football season, and Colorado now knows its game times and television arrangements for the first three weeks...

The Buffaloes will open the season against Colorado State at Mile High in Denver on Friday, Sept. 6, at 6:00 pm (MT). They will then play the following two Saturdays at noon at Folsom Field in Boulder, against Texas State on Sept. 9 and versus Northern Colorado on Sept. 16. Colorado will play each of its first three games on the Pac-12 Networks, which is still not carried by DirecTV.

All remaining games are on the selection menu of the Pac-12’s television partners - ESPN-ABC, FOX Sports-FS-1 and the Pac-12 Networks - with arrangements announced usually 12 days in advance, though on occasion it can be as few as six days.

The Buffaloes will begin their defense of their Pac-12 South Division title with their conference opener versus Washington in Boulder on Sept. 23. Colorado's other conference home games during the 2017 season will be against Arizona, Cal and Southern California. They will play road games at UCLA, Oregon State, Washington State, Arizona State and Utah.

The Pac-12 Championship game will be played in Santa Clara, Calif., on Dec. 1.
