"No, I didn't commit but I definitely thought about it a couple times. It was one of the neatest experiences of my life. I just had an awesome time and my Grandpa and Dad really enjoyed themselves, too. I have been to games at the Coliseum and the Rose Bowl and games at Colorado are much funner. The atmosphere and the people were great."

Ryan was hosted on his trip by Buff freshman quarterbacks Bernard Jackson and Brian White.

"I knew Bernard from when he was at Santiago. He is a cool guy."

Ryan and the QB's went around to some parties while Dad and Grandpa went to dinner with Coach Cabral's family. Ryan and his family also got to sit down with coach Barnett a couple of times on the visit.

"I really, really like Coach Barnett. He is a great guy and really down to earth."

So where does Colorado stand after his visit to Boulder?

"I would say them or Oregon would be number one and definitely my top two. I like San Diego State also. I have a trip to SDSU on December 5th and Oregon on January 9th. I am also considering Colorado State and might visit them."

On the year Ryan now has 90 tackles, two sacks, a safety, and a blocked kick. His last game was cancelled due to the fires and now he has four games over a span of two weeks including one this Friday versus rival Corona where his friend, and former CU hopeful, Brian Hildebrand attends.

"We have a game this Friday, a game next Wednesday, and games that following Monday and Friday."

Centennial is 5-2 on the year and will probably make the playoffs which start in three weeks.
