When asked what prompted him to commit to CU Foster replied,"First, it is the Big 12 and I really wanted to play there more than the Pac Ten, which is where all of my others offers were from. It is a place I felt I could stay four to five years at and be happy."

Reggie had visited Oregon State and Arizona State before making the trek to CU for the Nebraska game.

When Coach Simms came by his home Sunday night Regge sealed the deal with a verbal. He says Coach Joseph and Barnett plan on coming by for their in-home in January.

Reggie has been a first team all-league selection at quarterback for the last two years.

Foster carries a 2.8 GPA and scored a 750 on his first SAT attempt and a 15 on his first ACT attempt. He will take both again. He would like to major in Business Management or Sports Marketing at CU.
