Oklahoma All-State DL to Visit Colorado

It is no secret that Colorado would like to add a couple of defensive lineman to fill out this class. Chris Todd is a player they have been targeting for some time now at the defensive tackle position and he will be in Boulder sooner than most Buff fans think. We caught up with Chris at halftime of the Sugar Bowl between Oklahoma and LSU and asked him who he was voting for.

"LSU, of course, I always vote against Oklahoma."

This is a similar attitude that a CU commit from the panhandle last year, Chadd Evans, used to portray.

It sounds like Chris may be ready to get out of the state entirely, also saying he really isn't looking at Oklahoma State either.

"I don't really have a top schools list. I am looking at Colorado and I finally scheduled a visit to them for this weekend. I will probably also visit Kansas State and Arkansas. That is really it right now."

Of the latter two, the Wildcats have not offered.

He says Colorado is recruiting him the hardest headed by defensive line coach Chris Wilson.

Todd was named to the first team all-state squad by the Daily Oklahoman after putting up huge senior stats. He garnered 110 tackles, 14 sacks, four forced fumbles, and four fumble recoveries.

Buffcountry.com will catch up with Chris next Sunday after his visit.
