"I'd say the top five schools I would like to go to are Oklahoma, USC, Texas, Michigan, and CU. Oklahoma is my favorite team," explained Duren.

Jake says of the Buffs, "They are in-state and that is good. I need to find out more about them. I will be at their junior day later this month with my teammates."

He says his greatest strengths on the field are his aggressiveness, love for the game, and hitting ability.

Jake is a distant cousin to CU players Mike and Ryan Duren.

He carries a 3.0 core GPA and would like to major in Business.
