"John has always told me good things about Colorado," said Davis. "He has always spoken highly of the program and has always had me interested in them."

Davis is also currently interested in Arizona State, Cal, Stanford, and Arizona. Colorado has sent him a junior questionnaire to fill out.

Dexter had 105 tackles, 15 sacks, five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and a 17 yard interception for a touchdown at Thunderbird last year.

"I hustle a lot. I think that is my best attribute," he says of his strengths. "I also have good awareness and tackling skills."

Davis thinks he can go to the next level as an outside linebacker or defensive end and prefers his ideal playing weight to be between 230-240 pounds.

He is heading to the ASU Junior Day March 27th and will also attend the ASU summer camp in addition to the San Diego State Nike Camp.

Of all the schools he likes, he says his parents prefer Stanford because of the academics, but he does not have a favorite.

Dexter carries a 3.3 core GPA and will take his ACT in April and SAT in May. He would like to major in Business.
