"I like Colorado for one, because they are in-state," said Gale. "They have a good football team and are usually in bowl games. They also seem like they have a good weightlifting program. I would also like to play in the Big 12."

Gale also lists Oregon, Colorado State, Arizona State, and Kansas State.

Ryan plays free safety for Overland, but thinks he might project as a corner on the next level. He feels that he always is ready to play.

"Going into a game I am always prepared. I always have my mind right before a game. I think I have real good vision on the field."

Overland Head Coach Tony Manfredi says of Gale, "He is a big hitter with natural instincts. He could play some running back for us this year."

Gale will attend the CU summer camp and is also thinking about going to a Nike Camp. He carries a 3.0 core GPA and is taking his SAT June 12th and ACT on April 3rd. He would like to be a Landscaping Architect.
