"They invited me out to their camp, but I will be doing the Colorado State Passing Tournament at the time, so unfortunately I will not be able to make it," explained Jones. "I think Colorado is in a cool area and I have watched them on TV a lot. It looks like a real pretty place from the pictures I've seen."

Cody received an offer from the Duke Blue Devils two weeks ago and they are currently his leader. He also likes Arizona, Arizona State, Texas, Colorado State, and LSU.

Jones threw for 916 yards, 13 touchdowns, and three interceptions on 64 completions as a junior. He was named first team all-region.

However, he projects as either a tight end or defensive end. Cody prefers to play defense.

He plans on attending the the San Diego State Nike Combine and the Arizona and Arizona State summer camps. He will also most likely make the CSU summer camp. Jones already attended the Arizona Junior Day.

He carries a 3.25 core GPA and is taking his ACT this month. He is thinking of a major in Communications or Business and would eventually like to be a Financial Advisor.
