"Dan Doering is a very good player and I also feel that I am, too," said Laue.

College coaches see enough in Andy that they are showing plenty of interest. His current top five are Colorado State, Michigan State, Northwestern, Illinois, and Michigan.

Michigan State is recruiting him the hardest.

Although CU is not in his top five, Junior Day in Boulder showed him enough to keep his interest up in the Buffs.

"They had great facilities and the campus was awesome. Coach Borbely is a good guy and my Father really enjoyed talking to him."

Laue may attend the CU summer camp, but says he will definitely attend the CSU camp. The Rams are his current favorite.

He could possibly also attend camps at Northwestern, Michigan, Michigan State, and Illinois.

When asked to describe his strengths on the field, Laue responded, "I have a lot of toughness and intensity. My offensive line coach has always told me to play through the whistle. I have good football sense."

Andy carries a 2.8 core GPA and scored a 21 on his ACT. He would like to major in Animal Sciences and Business.
