"I have never been to Colorado, but I hear it is a great place," said Bordeleau. "James Cox really likes it there. I am going to camp at Colorado this summer."

Coach Dave Borbely is recruiting him for the Buffs.

The rest of his current list includes USC, Oregon, Air Force, Arizona, and Washington. He also has a little interest in UCLA.

Lance played in an offense last year that was fairly inept at the quarterback position so he did not get a lot of passes his way, but he expects that to change this year.

"We have a guy now, Kevin Harrington, who is a great player. I should see a lot more balls my way this season."

Bordeleau does prefer the tight end spot and that is one of the things that is a negative for USC right now. They like him on the offensive line.

In addition to the CU camp this summer, he will be at the USC overnight camp, the Fresno State camp, and possibly the Oregon or Washington camps.

Lance feels he has the skills a tight end needs.

"I can catch well and am a very good blocker. I have good quickness and speed."

He carries a 2.8 core GPA and scored a 980 on his SAT, but will re-take it. Bordeleau is undecided on a major.
