"I am going to the CU and CSU three-day camps in a couple weeks," said Zimmerer. "I would say those two schools are recruiting me the hardest."

The Rams, along with Air Force have offered Sam verbally. He received May phone calls from CU, CSU, Oregon, Kansas State, and Idaho.

"My top five are Kansas State, Oregon, CU, CSU, and Air Force. I would say K-State is my leader."

Zimmerer is still recovering from when he recently re-aggravated his MCL, but says he'll be full-go by fall and should be pretty good for the upcoming camps.

Coach Wristen is recruiting him for the Buffs. He says his parents are favoring KSU and CSU.
