"Colorado has a lot of interest in me and they are losing some lineman," said Zimmerman. "I have spoken with Coach (Dave) Borbely and he seems like a good coach."

The Buffs lead for his services over San Jose State, Nevada-Reno, Fresno State, and Notre Dame. He has no offers yet.

Zac is being recruited as an offensive tackle. This summer, he attended the Fresno State one-day camp with some teammates and has no other camp plans.

Zimmerman is a heady player. "I am smart on the field. I read defenses very well."

He carries a 3.59 core GPA and scored an 1130 on his SAT. Zac would like to major in Business.
