His brother, Calvin Washington, is a junior cornerback for the Tigers and things were not going so well for him in Columbia as of a couple months ago, and that was upsetting Chad. Things have since changed. "It is better for him there, now," he explained. "He is slowly getting his playing time back. He played more towards the end of the season."

The Tigers still look like the team to beat. "I am still committed to Missouri. But I want to visit the other two so I can compare them."

The other two being Kansas and CU. He will visit Lawrence this weekend, Columbia December 10th, and Boulder December 17th. "All of them are recruiting me hard but I would have to say Kansas is recruiting me slightly harder."

A final decision could come after the trips. "There is a chance that could happen if I decide not to visit any other schools."

Washington will be making the voyage this weekend to KU with another Buff hopeful, Jacob Lacey.

He last spoke with a CU staffer a week ago. "The coach just told me that they had a chance to go to the Big 12 title game and now it looks like they will. It is good to see they are a winning program and I am looking forward to that visit."
