Buffs in Top Five for Bo Thran

Colorado has three offensive line commits in the fold and are looking to sign as many as three more. A player they are showing ample attention to is Bo Thran from Barlow High School in Gresham, Oregon. The 6-foot-6, 275-pounder has the Buffs in his top five.

Bo Thran has written offers from Oregon, Oregon State and Cal. "My top five are those three, Stanford, and Colorado," Thran said. "I wouldn't mind staying in the Pac Ten and I would definitely like to stay on the west coast."

Coach Bray is after Thran for the Buffs. "I don't know too much about Colorado right now. I need to take a visit to learn more about them."

The lineman says that Oregon State is currently after him the hardest. The Beavers have been recruiting him the longest.

Thran plays offensive and defensive line for Barlow, but is being recruited on offense. "I have good feet and I am good at staying low and drive-blocking."

He will not schedule any visits until after the playoffs. "Our team is 9-0 right now and ranked third in the state. I want to focus on the playoffs first and then I will begin scheduling my trips."

Thran carries a 3.5 core GPA and scored a 1560 on the new version of the SAT. He is unsure of what he'll major in at this point.
