Carter has written offers from Nevada, UTEP, Boise State, Colorado, Fresno State, and most recently, Oregon State. "UCLA is my favorite school and they are recruiting me the hardest right now," Carter said. "Boise State and Fresno State are also after me hard. If UCLA offers, I will probably accept. After them, my top schools are Fresno State, Boise State, Colorado, and Arizona. That is not in any particular order.

"I have always liked UCLA and have wanted to go there.

"Fresno State is close and they have a good program.

"Boise State has good academics and a good background.

"Colorado is a really good team and they are also a well-rounded team. Everyone seems to do their part there."

Carter will visit Colorado next Saturday, Arizona (with teammate Lonyae Miller) on December 3rd, Boise State on December 10th, and Fresno State (with teammate Lonyae Miller) on December 17th. My last visit will most likely go to UCLA. They are waiting for my SAT score and then they said they'll offer."

The Buffalo Sports News will catch-up with Carter after his visit to Boulder for reactions.
