Brace Yourself for this Defensive Lineman

Colorado a handful of official visitors this weekend. An unexpected, and pleasant surprise was Jason Brace from Spanaway, Washington. Brace is ranked as the No.52 defensive end in the nation. He reportedly gave his verbal commitment to the Buffs over the weekend.

Jason Brace is the top defensive end in the northwest this season. He blends great size with brute strength to be a very effective pass-rusher. Because of his athleticism, he can get away with not having a wide repertoire of moves at the high school level. Brace visited Colorado over the weekend and sources close to the situation say he committed to the Buffs.

Brace was first-team all-league, first-team all-area, and honorable mention all-state as a junior. He was named a Tacoma News Tribune 'Nugget in Waiting'.

Brace is said to have had written offers from Boise State, Idaho and Oregon State.

The Buffalo Sports News will catch-up with Brace for comment as soon as possible.
