Drescher to Decide Tonight

As reported by the Buffalo Sports News, CU only hosted one official visitor this weekend. Justin Drescher is from Texas state champion Southlake Carroll. The long snapper will decide between Boston College and CU as soon as tonight.

"I had a good visit to Colorado," Justin Drescher said. "I visited Boston College last weekend and now I will decide between the two schools."

Colorado is recruiting Drescher specifically as a long snapper. "Coach (Kent) Riddle told me that they are going to groom my back-up this spring but that I will come in and start as a freshman this fall. They want me on for punts and field goals."

The long snapper was a second team all-district selection as a senior. His decision will be made tonight. "I am going to sit down with my family and weigh the pros and cons and then come to a decision probably later tonight."

If he commits to the Buffs, he would become only the second player in the state of Texas for this recruiting class.

He is fully qualified. The BSN will speak with Drescher later tonight to report his decision.
