Drescher Follows Dream by Becoming a Buff

It did not take long for Justin Drescher to decide he wanted to be a Buff after returning back from a Boulder trip this afternoon. He spent the day deciding between Colorado and Boston College and he just notifed the Buffalo Sports News that he'll be heading to CU.

After debating tonight whether he would go to Boston College or Colorado, long snapper Justin Drescher made his decision. "I am a Buff," he said emphatically. "It has always been a dream of mine to play there since I lived there until second grade. So I am following my dream."

Both BC and CU offered Drescher this past Monday after coaches from both shools attended a snapping combine he was at on Martin Luther King Day. "Coach (Kent) Riddle came to Vegas and saw me and he talked to my coach and they offered me early this week."

The 6-foot-2, 245-pound long snapper was a second team all-district selection as a senior.

At Southlake Carroll, he won three state championships in his four years.
