As a junior, Dominique Hamilton made second team all-district. He racked up 70 tackles, four forced fumbles, six sacks, 14 pressures, six tackles for loss and recovered one fumble.

He has not received any new official offers since the last time the BSN checked in with him. He still has Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Oklahoma, and UTEP.

He recently visited the UTEP camp and also took an unofficial visit to Arizona State. Hamilton is from the Phoenix area so returning home was a treat. "I really liked it," the big d-tackle said. "They treated me well and it is real nice down there. I will not be going to anymore camps or on any other unofficial trips this summer."

This is not welcome news to Buff fans since Hamilton had previously stated there was a good chance of him making the trek to Boulder this summer. "I will have to visit Colorado on one of my officials. I plan on taking all five."

The Buffs, along with all other schools, are still in the rear view of the Mizzou Tigers for his signature. "I liked it when I visited Missouri and so did my dad. They have been on me harder than any other school. I also like UTEP, CU, A&M, Tech, and ASU. Those are the main ones for me right now."

Hamilton says his father also really likes 'Zona and ASU. "We have visited those schools so we are more familiar with them."

The Lone Star State product says his decision will come down to a few key factors. "I would like to see some early time on the field. I also want to feel comfortable with where the school is located and how the school is academically."
