CU Prospects Respond to Georgia Game

It has been a long time since Colorado has shown well on national television against an elite opponent. Saturday's game showed CU fans that the new coaching staff can create a gameplan to match-up well with the best in college ball and it also showed recruits that CU is heading in the right direction. The BSN caught up with two prime CU prospects to get their thoughts on the game.

"When I was at Colorado I felt like they were a team that could go undefeated," Patrick Grant told the BSN. "They are a good team. Once they cut out the small mental errors you knew they would be good."

Even while a game is going on it appears that the new CU staff does not stop recruiting. "Coach Tucker text messaged me at half time and told me the score was 10-0. They almost had them but just couldn't hang on at the end."

The Florida defensive end was overall really impressed by the effort. "I only saw part of the game, but from what I did see Colorado looked real good. They are coming up for sure."

CU linebacker prospect Terrance Pritchett had similar comments. "I didn't see the game but it must have been real close. That is real cool that CU was able to go in there and play like that. They will win games like that in the future. That is something that would be cool to be a part of."
