"Due to the way our schedule plays out the remainder of the year, there really is not a good slot for a make-up game," Bohn said. "The few opportunities that appear would force us to play three games in five days, and that's something that is contrary to our academic and student well-being."
CU (3-6) will return to action Saturday, Dec. 30, 1 p.m. against the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs at the Coors Events Center.
Freshman center Marc Van Burck has been out with a stress fracture in his foot since the Nov. 10 Denver game, the team's first of the season. Van Burck told BSN this week he expects to be cleared to practice at full strength Dec. 26 and to suit up for the Dec. 30 TCU game.
