In His Own Words: "I am going there with the plan of making Colorado into a championship team."

Why Colorado? "I loved the campus there. I really liked the coaches. I really think they are going to turn things around. Coach Hawkins reminds me of Coach Johnson. I had a real 'at-home' feeling while I was there. The coaches there really believe in their plan and I believe in it too."

Other Offers: Boise State

HS Coach Bob Johnson: "He's real dynamic. Real high speed in his first couple steps. He's really small, but put together. He's about a buck-80. He'll probably play for them at 190. He's an electrifying type guy. He comes out of the pack. He's a short guy, but with real good quickness. He'll come out of a pile. He'll be behind something and then all of a sudden he comes out of there and he's gone. He's fast, but he's quicker than he is fast. He's at top speed in his first three steps. And he's real tough. He's got nice moves. His best football is yet to come. He's young and he needs a lot more experience at running back. But he'll learn on the run. He's got such a work ethic and personality. He just lights up a room with his smile. He's really a good catch for a program."
