What an update this one is. Talk about some talent. The latest players to fax in their letter of intents include two of the top 10 wide receivers in California and one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the nation. Also, one of the top players in-state is included.

Colorado fans can breathe a sigh of relief as the CU staff no longer has to fight off schools for the signatures of Josh Smith and Markques Simas. Both Smith and Simas were offered by UCLA and USC late in the game, but the opportunity to play early and possibly start at CU as freshman was too much to pass up.

Sione Tau and Lagrone Shields come in the form of invading enemy waters. Shiels was once a Texas Tech commit that opted for the Buffs after a visit and could be a future defensive tackle. Tau just opted for Colorado today after being signed to Arizona for months.

Anthony Perkins is arguably the top athlete in the state of Colorado and kudos to him on being the first commit of the class.
