We've got plenty of video for you from today's trip to Arlington to see the new stadium.
They say everything is bigger in Texas and that is certainly true of the new stadium that could become a permanent home to the Big 12 Conference championship game in football.
The Buffs were most impressed with the scoreboard big screen, which weighs 1.2 million pounds and has an elevator inside it for the 10 workers inside it during games. It cost about $40 million or nearly the entire CU athletic department budget for one year. The stadium has 625 concession stands, up from the 53 at the current home of the Dallas Cowboys. There are 3,000 televisions in the building with plans to add another 2,000.
On a typical game day 6,250 employees will work at the venue.
