Robinson Narrows List To Four Schools

Mullen HS star Stephone Robinson made his final scool visit to the University of Colorado and was impressed with the school and the coaching staff. No the Buffs play the waiting game.

Why would a star wide receiver want to go to tailback U? Because they have to throw the ball sometime. With the transfer of Marcus Houston to CSU and Chris Brown going to the NFL, the CU coaching staff made it clear to Mullen High School WR Stephone Robinson they would open it up next season.

"It was a good trip," said Robinson. "I feel comfortable there because I know so many of the guys and I like the coaches. I just don't know how much they will throw the ball. They say they are going to try and open it up a little more. Now who is going to throw him the ball is another question. But sources have told Buffs Insider that Robinson is considering staying in the state.

"Right now, it is Colorado, Oregon, Arizona State and San Diego State. I have no timetable... just whenever it comes. I need to just sit down and talk with my parents and put everything down on paper," Robinson said.
