Burton: Time to shut up and put up

The troubles of the Colorado defense in the first two games this season are well documented at this point. Senior captain Marcus Burton believes the Buffs can play much better and he has a formula for doing so. See for yourself in this video interview.

Middle linebacker Marcus Burton has been on the field for only 55 plays this season, a little more than one-third of all possible snaps on defense.

Burton hopes to get out there more often and hopes coaches' plans to simplify the defense will lead to a bigger role for him.

Burton said the Buffs can still get back on track and become a solid defense this season, or, at least one that doesn't give up 500 yards and 38 points a game. How do they do it?
