Hrynko Commits to DePaul

DePaul women's basketball coach Doug Bruno has struck again in Philadelphia. Today it was class of 2011 point guard Brittany Hrynko who verbally committed to the Blue Demons in time for the November signing period.

Brittany Hrynko comes to DePaul from Philadelphia Engineering and Science High School, the same school that produced DePaul junior Keisha Hampton.

The 5-7 point guard is ranked 99th in the nation for the Class of 2011 by ESPN Hoopgurlz and is considered the 19th best point guard in the country.

Hrynko joins another Pennsylvanian, forward Alexa Gallagher from Germantown Academy, along with Chanise Jenkins from Chicago Whitney Young and Hersey's Megan Rogowski to comprise the class of 2011 for DePaul. All four are expected to sign with the Blue Demons next week.
