Three to Transfer from DePaul

Three Blue Demons are in search of a new school as freshmen Oumar Barry, Develle Phillips, and Frederick Scott all plan to transfer.

All three freshmen were seldom used in the Blue Demons lineup this season.

Oumar Barry averaged 0.2 points and 0.2 rebounds per game while playing 2.5 minutes per game.

Develle Phillips averaged 0.7 points and 0.6 rebounds per game while playing 3.3 minutes per game.

Frederick Scott only appeared in only four games and spent much of the season on the bench with an injury.  Scott averaged 0.0 points and 0.6 rebounds per game.

DePaul coach Dave Leitao is expected to be very active in the transfer market over the next month or so.  DePaul will be pursuing fifth year graduate transfers as well as conventional transfers, junior college transfers and high school seniors to round out Leitao’s 2016 recruiting class which already includes Brandon Cyrus, Al Eichelberger, Devin Gage, and Western Kentucky transfer Chris Harrison-Docks.
