Since leaving Temple, Keith Butler has visited DePaul University in Chicago and Stony Brook University. Butler is familiar with the head coaches at both schools from his playing days in the Atlantic 10. Keith knows DePaul coach Jerry Wainwright from his time as head coach of the Richmond Spiders. Butler is the brother of former DePaul center Lamar Butler. Keith started for three seasons at Temple and will have one year of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2005-06 basketball season.
