Carbondale Community High School senior forward Manuel Cass has decided to leave the school and transfer to the Boys to Men Math & English Academy prep school in Chicago, Illinois.
The 6-7 forward who signed with the DePaul Blue Demons reportedly quit the team following the December 23rd game vs. Mount Vernon. Cass was allowed back into practice on December 27th when a second incident occurred. Cass was then permanently removed from the team last week.
Cass is currently enroute to Chicago via train. Cass will be able to enroll this week and play immediately for Boys to Men Academy per school founder and coach Loren Jackson.
