Manuel Cass is on the Move Again

Forward Manuel Cass' travels have been well documented. In the last year, he has gone from Carbondale, Illinois to Boys to Men prep school in Chicago in January. He committed to DePaul as a class of 2006 recruit and then reclassified for the class of 2007. All the while, Cass remained committed to the Blue Demons. Cass is now on the move again, find out where in this breaking report.

After reclassifying for 2007, Manuel Cass hit the AAU trail with the Illinois Warriors and remained committed to DePaul. WeAreDePaul.com spoke with Warriors head coach Larry Butler who revealed that the 6-7 forward has indeed changed his future plans again. "He's reopened his recruitment," Butler said. At this point, Cass has put his name back on the market.

Not only has Manuel reopened his recruitment, he is not planning on returning to Boys to Men Math and English Academy for prep school. "He's going somewhere out east or to someplace in Michigan City (Indiana)," said Butler.

Cass played the power forward position in high school and is looking to be a small forward at the next level. He is expected to be playing with the Illinois Warriors at the Nike Peach Jam in July.
