Down by two points, Jenna Rubino drained a three-pointer to give the Blue Demons a 73-72 advantage with nine seconds left in the game. Following the basket by Rubino, Ross drove to the lane and drew the foul that became the difference in the game. She hit both free throws with three seconds left to push the Horned Frogs over the 17th-ranked Blue Demons.
DePaul (10-2) led the entire first half and extended the lead to 11 points on four occasions. The Horned Frogs whittled away the DePaul advantage as they finished the half down by two at 38-36.
Tied at 42 in the second half, Quigley knocked down a three-pointer to give the Blue Demons a 45-42 advantage at the 15:55 mark. Quigley continued to be a force on the floor over the next two minutes as she knocked down another three-pointer, grabbed two rebounds and was credited with an assist as the Blue Demons extended their lead to 52-48 with 13:40 left in the contest.
TCU (8-4) chipped away at the Blue Demon advantage and took a 59-58 lead on a lay-up by Ross. A four-minute drought without a field goal saw the Horned Frogs extended their lead to 72-65 with a 1:54 left in the game. Over the final 114 seconds, DePaul scored eight of the game's 10 points highlighted by two Rubino three-pointers. The second trifecta pushed DePaul ahead by a point before Ross drew the foul and won the game for TCU.
Ashley Davis led the Horned Frogs with 23 points and Hanna Biernacka added 19 points.
Rubino led four Blue Demons in double-figures, registering 24 points and connecting on 6-of-9 shots from behind the arc. Rubino also grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds for her third double-double of the season and second in the last three games. Caprice Smith tallied her fifth double-double with 14 points and 11 boards.

DePaul Notes: TCU snapped the Blue Demons 10-game win streak... a streak that dated back to Nov. 17 with a win over Yale at McGrath Arena… four players finished in double-digits marking the seventh time this season the Blue Demons have had four or more players finish with double-digit points… with 12 three-pointers, the Blue Demons have registered at least one three pointer in their last 54 contests… DePaul has nailed at least 10 three's in four games this season... the 2005-06 squad accomplished the feat just three times... the Horned Frogs lead the overall series 5-3.
