Krys Faber Makes Decision

After taking official visits to DePaul, Minnesota, and Northern Illinois, Krys Faber has decided that he wants to attend DePaul University in Chicago in the fall. Faber, is a 6-11 big man who averaged 15.8 points, 17.5 rebounds and 5.6 blocked shots as a senior for the Ribet Academy Frogs. Faber will sign his letter of intent to play basketball at DePaul.

Krys Faber is rated as the 23rd best center prospect in the class of 2008 by Scout.com. Krys chose DePaul over Minnesota, Northern Illinois, St. John's South Florida, USC, and UCLA.

Faber chose the Blue Demons after taking an official visit to the Chicago campus on April 10th. He joins Jeremiah Kelly and Devin Hill in the class of 2008 for DePaul coach Jerry Wainwright. Faber is Wainwright's first recruit from the West Coast to come to DePaul.
