Steve Tucker from the Chicago Sun-Times reports today that Katherine Harry will join the DePaul women's basketball recruiting class of 2009.
The 6-3 forward from Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Missouri led her team to the Missouri Class 5 state championship as a junior. Harry led all scorers with 21 points on 9 of 12 shooting in the state championship game.
Harry was named Class 5 First-team All-State following her junior year.
She had also received interest from Baylor, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and St. Louis.
Harry joins guard Anna Martin of Lexington, Kentucky and transfer Jennifer Juergens in the Class of 2009 for DePaul coach Doug Bruno.
