The lights are coming down in McGrath Arena for Blue Madness 2008, presented by TCF Bank. Doors will open at 7:30 PM and the show begins at 8:00 pm with the "Release of the Demon" and spotlight introductions of the men's and women's basketball teams. The Score Sports Radio 670-AM will broadcast a live remote from 6 – 10 PM with hosts Zach Zaidman and Laurence Holmes.
In addition to the traditional Slam Dunk and 3-Point Shot contests, DePaul students will be randomly selected to have the opportunity to win Books for Winter Quarter, gift cards and more in DePaul's version of "Deal or No Deal". The grand finale will feature the men's team against the women's team in DePaul's Best Dance Crew competition along with a few "special guests".
Admission is free and all fans will receive a Blue Madness tee shirt. DePaul students can reserve a seat in advance by visiting the Student Tickets page and score points for Blue Demon Rewards.
