Gary DeCesare and Ramon Williams came to DePaul along with Wainwright from the University of Richmond. Both had been on the DePaul staff since 2005.
DeCesare previously spent 16 years as the head coach at St. Raymond's High School in the Bronx where he compiled a 286-142 record.
Williams had also been an assistant coach for nine years at his alma mater - Virginia Military Institute.
"I would like to thank Gary and Ramon for their hard work and loyalty during the last seven years that we have been together," Wainwright said in a release. "They are outstanding coaches and even better men and role models, and I wish them nothing but the best in their future endeavors."
Their resignations follow the resignation of assistant coach Scott Wainwright last month. The Blue Demons have an ongoing search for the three assistant coach positions.
