As a prospect: One of the most productive sophomore running backs in all of Florida last season, Gilmore put up big numbers all season. He lacks ideal size right now but once he gets the edge, he's a big time playmaker. He can also catch some passes in the slot and make a difference in the return game. He may never be an inside guy to get 25 carries a game but he's a big play waiting to happen and is coming off an excellent junior season that put his name on the recruiting map.
Florida Back Up Nearing Double Digits
Jamie Gilmore ran for over 1,600 yards and 18 touchdowns last season while putting his name on the recruiting map. At 5-foot-8 and 185 pounds, Gilmore is now being recruited by a number of major programs.
