"Every day I'm going in and working out, lifting, working on drop backs, throwing on a daily basis," Sirk said.
At 6-foot-5 and 215 pounds, Sirk played in the state all-star game two nights ago and looked very good. The Duke commitment talked about the season they had.
"Their record doesn't show how good they are, can be," he said. "They were 3-9 but had so many opportunities sli away; they have big upcoming things and I'm excited about being a part of that."
The standout quarterback prospect talked about the official visit he took there.
"I took my official last weekend," he said. "It was fun. They took me in as family, like they did in summer camp. If I didn't make my decision back then, I would have after the visit."
Inside the classroom Sirk claims a 4.4 GPA and a 24 ACT score.
