Georgia S recaps Duke camp

Marietta (Ga.) Kell standout Taylor Henkle has visited a number of programs as he makes his summer camp tour. The most recent was a visit to Durham for camp.

"My overall impression of Duke is that they are definitely a program that takes price in everything they do," said Georgia safety prospect Taylor Henkle. "They make the impression that they are certainly on the rise as an elite program."

Henkle, a 5-foot-11, 185 pound safety, visited Durham last weekend as part of Duke's first summer camp of the year. It was the first of several stops this summer as he continues to receive interest and invites.

"I'm camping with Duke, UAB, NC State, and Georgia Tech. I'd say my schools of interest at this time are Georgia Tech, Oregon, Duke, Clemson, and Elon."

In regards to Duke, Henkle says the most impressive aspect of his time on campus was interacting with the defensive backs coaching staff.

"[The coaches] were very passionate and intense throughout. They were committed to spending all their efforts to make us better players. Everything we did had great intensity and tempo. Overall, the Duke camp was a great experience."

Henkle says he's is hoping to major in criminal justice or psychology and will make one more big trip before hoping to decide.

"I am looking forward to attending the Georgia Tech camp in July. After that I would like to commit before my senior season."
