Several '13 visits are set

After spending the majority of the summer in London, the Duke coaching staff has returned to the recruiting trail in a big way. To that end there are several visits confirmed with top members of the class of 2013. TDD runs them down.

He'll host head coach Mike Krzyzewski and associate head coach Chris Collins on September 10th -- just two days after Nichols returns from an official visit to Virginia. Following the in-home visit, Duke will get another look at Nichols when he makes his official visit to Durham on October 6th.

A fall decision is expected from's No. 47 overall prospect.

Semi Ojeleye (6-6, 205, SF) - Recently bumped up to a five star prospect, Ojeleye has reduced his list to just four programs. Those final four schools are Oregon, Indiana, Stanford, and Duke.

With a fall decision expected, Ojeleye will be Krzyzewski's first stop on his upcoming string of visits - beginning on September 9th. Associate head coach Steve Wojciechowski will make the trip with Coach K. Currently there is no official visit scheduled.

Matt Jones (6-4, 190, SG) - the lone commit from 2013 so far, Jones has spent the summer refining his game and looking towards his senior season at DeSoto High.

Jones' performances on the camp circuit and in the Nike EYBL tour helped maintain his five star status according to He will host Coach K and assistant coach Jeff Capel on September 12th for his in-home visit.

With his commitment already out of the way, Jones will target an in-season official visit…most likely when the Blue Devils host North Carolina on February 13th depending on his high school schedule. Another option would be the game against Miami on March 2nd.

Julius Randle (6'9, 235, PF) - The top five prospect recently cut his list to a final list of 10 schools consisting of: Texas, Kansas, Baylor, North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina State, Oklahoma & Oklahoma State.

Randle has scheduled an official visit to Florida on October 6th and will visit Kentucky in-home on Sept 9th. Two days later, on September 11th, Randle will host coaches Krzyzewski and Capel for an in-home visit.
