Prior to visiting Duke the pair has set visits to Baylor on Aug. 30, and Kansas on Oct. 18. In addition to the joint official visits, Okafor will be visiting Kentucky on Sept. 9 and Arizona on Oct. 11.
The two players have long maintained a desire to play together as Jones reiterated to TDD recently:
"[The chances of playing together in college] is in the 90s for sure," said Jones. "In the 90s is still a very high, high possibility. Nothing is for certain, and that's why he's saying in the 90s, and that's why I'm saying it's in the 90s. That's just what it is still."
Okafor and Jones have also indicated a desire to play with Houston area small forward Justise Winslow, but that third arm of a potential package deal is not as certain according to the five star center.
"I can't say that it's 100% likely. It's just the ideal situation, we would all love to go to the same school and have everything work out. It's not 100% but it's something we would all like to do and hope it works out."
Jones is considered the nation's top point guard and the No. 2 overall player by Scout.com. Okafor is ranked as the top overall player in the country.
Duke will host Bowie State in an exhibition game on October 26th.
