Curry Lands Guaranteed Deal With Kings

Seth Curry's successful summer league stint has landed him a two year NBA deal with this Western Conference squad.

Former Blue Devil guard Seth Curry has finally made it. The 6-foot-2 sharp shooter has agreed to a two year guaranteed deal with Sacramento Kings according to multiple reports.

The deal is reportedly worth $2 million over two years and contains a player option for that second season.

After going underrated after his three year Duke career, Curry has excelled in both the NBA Developmental League and the NBA Summer League this year. He was the leading scorer in the Las Vegas summer league, averaging 24.3 points in six games.

Included in those 24 points per game were high somewhat lower shoot percentages (45.9 percent from the field, but just 22.9 percent from the perimeter) than he usually puts up. However, he still powered his team to a 5-1 overall record.

Curry joins a Kings roster which features former all-star point guard Rajon Rondo and backup point guard Darren Collinson.
