2014 Review
Ferguson spent the 2014 season serving on the defensive scout team while redshirting.

2015 Preview
Along with Edgar Cerenord, Ferguson gives Duke a pair of big, athletic, and young interior defensive linemen. Early on he’s been picked out by both his linebacker and edge rushing teammates as a guy who could quickly push for an increasing volume of snaps while Duke looks to find both a pass rush and the ability to stuff the run. *****

TDD Projection
Ferguson committed to Duke as a 6-foot-3, 265 pound defensive tackle in 2013. Now, 18 months later, he’s listed 40 pounds heavier and is getting reviews for his quickness and athleticism from his teammates. It’s safe to say the South Carolina native didn’t add bad weight - which is a good thing since Duke needs a lot of help up front. Between he and Cerenord, it wouldn’t be a great surprised to see at least one of the two moving up into the top of the depth chart at tackle before the end of the season.

How he ended up in Durham
Ferguson was offered in early September of 2013 and made the decision to commit in October, picking Duke over Georgia Tech.
