After being sidelined for the entire season, and most of the last four years, former Duke great Grant Hill is ready to mount what could be his final comeback attempt with the Orlando Magic.
"The doctor said, 'Get ready," ' said Grant Hill
in an interview with the Orlando Sentinel. "He's allowed me to do everything. He's not holding me back at all. Now, it's a matter of doing it repetitively. It's building. It's like knocking down one wall, then there's another hurdle to jump."
The 6-foot-8 forward underwent a fourth surgery on his ankle last March, and has been rehabbing ever since. Now, ten months later, it seems that Hill will be available to play in Orlando's final ten games of the season.
While he would be available before those final ten contests, he will be not be activated for insurance purposes.
