Roof Drops In On Florida Signal Caller

Head coach Ted Roof has visited one of Florida's best quarterback prospects

Thaddeus Lewis was recently named to the South Hot 100 list as one of the top quarterbacks in the region. He has picked up several offers, but he isn't ready to narrow his list of favorites just yet.

"I've gotten offers from Duke, Texas A&M, LSU, TCU, Pittsburgh, USF, and Clemson," said Lewis. "The only camp I'm planning on going to right now is the Peyton Manning cap on July 8th."

Does Lewis have any favorites amongst his suitors?

"Not really. I don't have any favorites right now. I haven't really given it much thought for now. I plan on narrowing my choices of schools sometime during the fall."

What will Lewis be looking for to help make that decision?

"I will be looking at academics and depth charts. I want to get on the field as soon as possible." Head Coaches from Pittsburgh, Duke, USF, and Clemson all came through Hialeah Miami Lakes to check out the talented signal caller, and they won't be the last colleges coaches to put an eye on Thaddeus Lewis.
