Justin Roper Down To Three

Justin Roper has put up tremendous numbers this season while helping Buford High School to a 7-0 record. The big Quarterback prospect has now narrowed his list of schools to three.

"I've kind of narrowed it down to three," Justin Roper said. "It's now Louisville, Duke, and Tennessee. These schools have about everything I'm looking for."

What did Roper find in these programs?

Louisville: "They have a strong Offense. The coaches are highly involved with the players."

Duke: "They have really good people there. Everything is top notch. I'm friends with a lot of the coaches."

Tennessee: "They produce great Quarterbacks. They've had a rich football tradition throughout the school's history. The coaches are also very nice."

Roper has already taken one official visit to Louisville. Where else does he plan to take his officials?

"I haven't really scheduled any other visits. I took an unofficial to Tennessee for their game against Ole Miss. I'll probably visit Duke sometime in the near future. I don't know about the others yet. Nothing is concrete."

Roper's performance this season has been very impressive.

"I have around 900 yards and 8 touchdown passes. My completion percentage is about 65 percent. I've only thrown one interception."

Roper has offers from both Duke and Louisville. Stay tuned to Scout.com for the latest news on Justin Roper.
